Tennent Mountain, reached via Section 3 of the Art Loeb Trail in the Shining Rock Wilderness, is a grassy bald above 6,000 feet. It features a grassy bald above 6,000 feet with sweeping views, inside Shining Rock Wilderness.

Trailhead at FS 816, near Blue Ridge Parkway Milepost 420, Pisgah Ranger District, NC.
