Julian Price Campground is the largest campground on the Blue Ridge Parkway, at Milepost 297 on the shore of Price Lake near Blowing Rock. It has hundreds of tent and RV sites, flush toilets, and canoe rentals on the lake in season.
The Boone Fork Trail and the Price Lake loop start from the campground, and Moses Cone Park, Grandfather Mountain, and the town of Blowing Rock are all within about fifteen minutes.
