Botanist & Barrel

Botanist & Barrel is a cidery and natural winery with a downtown Asheville taproom, focused on wild-fermented ciders, pét-nats, and fruit wines made largely from Carolina-grown fruit.

It is a good stop for anyone who wants something other than beer after a hike, in walking distance of the rest of downtown.
