Archetype Brewing

Archetype Brewing is a West Asheville neighborhood brewery on Haywood Road, known for a rotating lineup that runs from clean lagers to barrel-aged and mixed-fermentation beers. The taproom is relaxed and walkable from the rest of the Haywood Road strip.

It makes an easy post-hike stop after a day in Pisgah or on the Parkway, with plenty of food options nearby on the same street.
