Highland Brewing Company is the brewery that started Asheville’s beer scene in 1994. Its east-Asheville campus on Old Charlotte Highway has a large taproom, an outdoor stage, a meadow, and a rooftop bar.
The space is built for lingering, a good landing spot after hiking in the Black Mountains or along the eastern Parkway.
